USC Shift SC is hosting RealityShift, USC’s first-ever extended reality (XR) hackathon. This full-day, 14-hour event will bring together ~80 students from diverse academic backgrounds, including engineering, design, and business, to collaborate in teams and

Develop XR-based solutions that address real-world social challenges. Throughout the day, participants will engage in ideation sessions, hands-on development, mentorship, and final project presentations.

Requirements

By 7:30 pm on April 18th 2026 at Pencils down, you must have submitted:

  • Your Devpost which should contain

    • Your team’s table number

    • A link to your project Github Repository

    • An OPTIONAL 1-2 minute demo reel documenting your project
